Naomi
Bloch,
piano & voice. Born in Israel, where she studied music and
piano. She later moved to La Habana, Cuba, to further study
the secrets of Cuban music.

David
Oquendo , DAVID OQUENDO (guitarist
/ singer / sonero ). Double Latin Grammy nominee
Born in Havana, Cuba, David Oquendo is a self taught musician
who absorbed the essence of the Afro Cuban rhythmical vernacular
from his native city. At an early age, David began playing guitar
and singing in several Cuban “Rock” bands, and became
considered one of the best guitar accompanist in Cuba. This
was evident in his appearances at “El Rincon del Feeling”,
“Cabaret Tropicana”, “Cabaret Internacional
de Varadero”, “Salon Rojo” at the Hotel Capri
, to name a few. As an accompanist, Mr. Oquendo has worked with
numerous artists such as Paquito D’Rivera, Marc Anthony,
Johnny Ventura, Ray Barreto. He is a guitarist, singer, composer,
arranger and bassist, and has performed and recorded in Cuba,
Panama , Dominican Republic, Austria, Canada Greece and the
U.S. He is founder and director of the Afro Cuban folklore group
“Raices Habaneras”, which has been performing every
Sunday since 1996. He was the musical director and producer
for “The Cuban Rumba All Stars". |

Schartz, bass and voice. Argentinean musician and
composer. A devote student of the roots of Cuban music and of
the "new waves". Chacho founded and directed several
bands in NYC. |

Onel
Mulet: tenor and soprano saxophones, flute.
He has performed and recorded with many major artists, including
Albita, The Gypsy Kings, Celia Cruz, Pete "El Conde"
Rodriguez, Ismael Miranda, Larry Harlow, and Arturo Sandoval.

Willy
Torres
Born in Puerto Rico into a family of distinguished musicians,
Willy Torres has had a thriving musical career since childhood.
At age 16 he toured Latin America and Europe with Larry Harlow
and the Latin Legends Orchestra. Willy worked with Adalberto
Santiago, Ray Baretto, Ruben Blades, and Johnny Rivera, to
name a few. He is also a touring member of the Grammy-nominated
Spanish Harlem Orchestra.

Tomer
Levy , Trumpet.born in Israel, he graduated from
Thelma Yalin and played in Israel with the Jerusalem Salsa Band.
He is one of the most in demand trumpet players in the Latin
music scene in New York. You can see him playing also with Mo'
Guajiro, Wayne Gorbea's Salsa Picante and many more |
| Rolando
de Los Reyes, lead singer. Born in Holguin, Cuba.
He performed with Orquesta La Gran salsa and La Farandula. Since
his arrival to New York in 2002, Rolando is the lead singer
for Son de Madre |
